Ljudske kraljevske stranke (LKS - People's Royalist Party) is a political party created by Boris Valenčič, who proclaimed himself the first "King of Slovenia" in 1989. The party's program is virulently anti-American, anti-NATO, anti-leftist and anti-Communist. The king seems to have gained little support in Slovenia, if any.
The party is apparently still active, for some value of that word; its website has up-to-date policy positions and calls for a boycott of the December 2011 snap elections. HRH the King (website) also publishes more casual ruminations, which has a definite "Time Cube" vibe.
There was a different monarchist party operating in the runup to the 1990 elections, but that one was basically a joke/protest party organized by college students.

Flag of LKS

The party's website presents a proposal for a new Slovenian flag, dated 1989. The flag, with proportions 1:2, is quartered white-green-red-blue by a thin yellow cross. The vertical arms is skewed to the flag's hoist so that the white and red quarters are square.
Green represents spirituality.
Blue represents infinity.
Red represents action.
White represents truth.
Yellow represents love.
The cross unifies the flag.

A similar flag (image) was "recorded by Jaume Ollé as 'some political party' proposal in mid-1990s". This is, undoubtedly, the same flag.
